Who is responsible?

MASTER-Y CommV and Ebrar Yasli (EboDigital) are jointly responsible for processing your personal data through this website (joint controllers, Art. 26 GDPR). Do you have a question about your data or want to exercise your rights? Email us at info@yexa.be; we handle your request together. You can also contact either business directly.

What data do we process?

When you email or contact us, we process the information you give us yourself: your name, your email address, possibly your phone number and company details, and the content of your message.

When you visit this website, our hosting provider keeps technical data such as your IP address, the time and the page requested. This is needed to keep the website secure and available. We do not use analytics tools, advertising networks or social media pixels.

Why do we use your data?

• To answer your question or prepare a quote (steps prior to a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To carry out and invoice an assignment for you (performance of a contract and legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• To secure the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long do we keep your data?

We keep messages and contact details for up to 2 years after our last contact, unless you become a customer. Data we need for accounting is kept as long as the law requires (7 years in Belgium). Technical server logs are deleted automatically after a short time.

Who do we share your data with?

We never sell your data. We only share it with parties that help us deliver our service, such as our hosting provider, our email provider and our accountant. They may only use your data on our instructions. If data is processed outside the European Economic Area, this only happens with the legal safeguards in place, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, object, and have your data transferred. To do so, email info@yexa.be. We will reply within one month.

Not happy with how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, contact@apd-gba.be, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.

Security

The website runs entirely over a secure connection (HTTPS). Only people who need it for their work have access to your data.

This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking. Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to other companies when you visit. That is why we do not ask for consent through a cookie banner.

If we ever use cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

All texts, images, logos and the design of this website are the property of MASTER-Y CommV and Ebrar Yasli (EboDigital). You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

We do our best to keep the information on this website correct and up to date. Still, it may contain an error. We are not liable for damage resulting from the use of this website or of websites we link to.

This website is governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the Belgian courts of the place where the business concerned is established have jurisdiction.
